• An individual, company, LLP, partnership firm, HUF, or trust.
• A resident of India (additional terms may apply for NRIs).

2.2 Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user at any time for compliance or safety reasons.

To access full features, you must verify your mobile number, provide personal information, and complete KYC verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Finzace Wealth is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

Investment Costs: Each investment opportunity has specific pricing. All displayed prices include applicable taxes. You will be presented with a cost breakdown before payment.

Payments: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways directly to the issuers or authorized trustees.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt platform security or services.
• Upload malicious software.
• Impersonate others.
• Scrape data using automated systems.

We utilize third-party providers for payment processing, KYC, and data services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content or links found on our platform.

As Is Basis

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

• Entire Agreement: These terms alongside the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
